If the wind resistance ratio of the sintered bricks meets the requirements, the anti-weathering performance will be judged to be qualified, otherwise it will be judged to be unqualified.

The quality grade of each batch of fired bricks is comprehensively judged based on the inspection results of the factory inspection items and weathering resistance, as well as the type inspection results of lime burst and frost.
The quality level of each type inspection is comprehensively determined based on the inspection results of all inspection items.
The weathering resistance and strength level are qualified and judged according to the lowest quality level among dimensional deviation, appearance quality, lime burst and frost. If one of them fails, it will be deemed as unqualified.
If there are underfired bricks, crisp bricks or spiral pattern bricks during the appearance inspection, the batch of products will be judged to be unqualified.
